A coin pair is of the format deposit_withdrawal. Example: ‘btc_ltc’. Valid pairs are any combination of the coins available on ShapeShift.io. To find out what coins are available, hit the [available coins endpoint](https://docs.shapeshift.io/#4453b580-33c4-46ea-99a8-eea8390bbb47) for info about every coin or the [onlinecoins endpoint](https://docs.shapeshift.io/#afe27f7b-2345-4c60-8703-29bc174ce90d) for online coins. Documentation of these endpoints is available below.\n \n## Offline Coins\n\nIf a particular coin goes offline, any pairs using it will return a message stating that that pair is temporarily unavailable.
