What You'll Do.

  • Own the execution of enablement for our product offerings and messaging to our GTM teams (Sales, Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, etc.) . This includes enablement around new product launches (major or minor), messaging and value prop and compete strategies.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to deeply understand Postman’s product, positioning and accompanying messaging.  
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Product Support to understand how Postman helps companies solve pain points and with that knowledge, help develop compelling customer facing assets (pitch decks, email templates, etc.) to aid customer conversations.
  • Work to translate technical concepts and make them more approachable using value propositions, customer stories and analogies.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on competitive intelligence assets for all customer facing GTM roles.
  • Develop and maintain product competency (product knowledge, positioning, messaging and compete information) by enabling GTM roles as follows:
    • Help to reimagine product enablement through our onboarding program.
    • Audit the product training we have and work to revamp and fill in gaps.
    • Build, launch and scope product certifications.
  • Manage and maintain the customer facing asset library (pitch decks, one pagers, etc.)
  • Measure the effectiveness of customer facing assets at each stage of the customer buying journey and lifecycle to identify gaps and fine tune content.

About You.

  • 5-7 years of experience preferred in Product Management, Product Marketing, Enablement or Sales within a SaaS B2B company.
  • A strong understanding of enterprise go to market motions and how enablement fits in
  • Have experience in or a desire to help translate the product into value (i.e. why does it matter!)
  • Experience developing and launching best in class training curriculum and programs to support product launches and developing content for an LMS.
  • ​​Capability to balance between thinking strategically and tactically, with innate ability to execute projects.
  • Have the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships inside Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product and Product Marketing.
  • Experience with training and facilitation techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change
