Job Description: Lead Sales Recruiter, North America

Postman is looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to join our North America recruiting pod & drive our Sales function’s most critical hiring efforts within the region. This includes collaborating closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner & Regional Recruiting Manager to align & execute upon the hiring strategy for Go-to-Market teams within the region. You will assist Global Talent Acquisition Leaders & sales stakeholders in identifying industry trends & the best sourcing channels within the region in order to take a targeted approach when engaging with the top passive talent in the market.
As North America’s Lead Sales Recruiter, you will work to provide an exceptional candidate experience while identifying continuous improvement efforts aimed at streamlining funnel performance. What you will be doing:
- Partner with cross-functional hiring managers within Postman’s Sales Department to align on hiring requirements, create job descriptions, calibrate searches, & hire the top sales leaders & professionals in North America
- With a focus on quality over quantity, you will execute on creative, end-to-end strategies aimed at identifying & engaging with the region's top passive candidates for current & future sales opportunities at Postman
- Build a solid & diverse candidate pipeline to support our diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging priorities
- Guide candidates through every step of the Postman interview & hiring process, ensuring we are their first-choice opportunity
- Help build & shape employer branding initiatives & overall best practices for hiring at Postman
- Leverage internal tools to generate talent insights which drive a targeted recruiting strategy
What we are looking for:
- You are passionate about driving sales recruitment efforts & have 3 to 5 years of experience recruiting sales professionals, preferably at similar developer-first, API-first, or Product-Led Growth companies
- You have at least 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- You have an agile mindset, thrive in ambiguity & enjoy carving your own path in a fasted paced environment
- You exude a positive attitude & relentless focus on delighting both candidates & internal customers
- You understand there is more to Talent Acquisition than LinkedIn & your ATS. You are driven to find mechanisms & build programs that result in attracting great talent at all levels
- You build strong relationships through trust with your business partners & are able to influence at all levels.
