About The Team:
Postman is looking for a Sr. Manager, Field Marketing to lead and up-level a growing team of Field Marketing Managers. This role requires an experienced professional with proven success in driving and accelerating pipeline and brand awareness in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating cross-functionally with sales, MOPs, PMM, Demand Gen, and more, and be a pro at developing a strategic calendar of industry events that align with Postman’s objectives and sales goals. High level of experience and skill in Salesforce, data analysis and reporting are a must. We are looking for someone who is team-centric to join our small, but mighty crew, who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do the work, but also have the confidence and business acumen to nail executive-level engagements and reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and manage overall program strategy, vision and plan for executing global events aligned with business objectives and goals
- Build and manage a team responsible for developing, driving and executing effective high-quality marketing programs to generate leads, accelerate opportunities and create buzz at top industry events, including AWS re:invent and Gartner Summits
- Lead and mentor a team of Field Marketing Managers across multiple time zones
- Establish event objectives, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
- Streamline existing processes and create new procedures, trainings, programs and documentation
- Oversee booth build-outs and create innovative lead generation initiatives
- Manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, product marketing, and other departments
- Manage campaign and pipeline activities in Salesforce; utilize analytics and data to identify and enhance lead generation opportunities, and provide ROI reports to leadership.
- Continually iterate on event strategies based on event reporting, feedback, and results
You would be a great fit if you:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, preferably in fast-growing companies
- 5+ years of experience in people management
- The ability to think strategically, and ensure event activities support business goals
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Salesforce and other business intelligence software
- Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail
- Desire to continually improve processes and think creatively
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

What Else?
This role is remote in the US, and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $149,005 to $201,595, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
