Startups that are institutionally funded, AI-native, founded after 2020, headquartered in the US or Canada, and new to Postman as paying customers. Postman decides eligibility at its discretion. One grant per company. ### What do the credits cover? Your 25,000 AI Credits cover usage of Postman AI Agent Mode, Monitoring, Context Graph, Cloud Performance Testing, Flows, Fern, Astropods, and Postman Passport. They expire 3 months after activation. They don't cover seat fees and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. ### Do credits depend on team size? No. Credits are consumed by usage, not seats, so a small team can use all 25,000. ### What happens if we use all our credits before 3 months? Usage-based features pause until you buy more credits. Additional usage is billed at current rates only if you opt in. ### What happens after 3 months? Unless you cancel before your program ends, your account automatically moves to the paid Team plan at list price for the seats in use at that time. We'll notify you when you've used 50% and 80% of your credits, and at least 14 days before the program ends. We may offer an early-commit discount before your program ends. ### Can I get more time? Extensions may be available at Postman's discretion and must be confirmed in writing. Talk to your Postman contact before your program ends. ### Why do I need to contact sales? Redemption is handled by our team: submit the form, we confirm eligibility, and approved startups sign a short agreement before we set up seats and credits. 1. Credits apply to eligible Agent Stack usage and expire 3 months after activation. Extensions are available at Postman's discretion. 2. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 3. Funding means equity investment from institutional investors. 4. Acceptance is at Postman's discretion. --- ## Postman for AI Startups AI-native startups get the Team plan for your entire team for 3 months, plus 25,000 AI Credits to try Postman's full Agent Stack with your whole team. Extensions available. --- ## Postman for Startups: Terms and Conditions Offered by Postman, Inc. to eligible startups, as described on the program page. Postman decides eligibility and benefit amounts at its sole discretion. One grant per company. By applying and signing Postman's program agreement, an authorized representative accepts these terms for the company. Free seats and credits last 3 months from activation unless Postman extends them in writing. Credits apply only to eligible product usage, not to seat fees, existing invoices, or other commitments. When the program ends, your account automatically moves to the paid Team plan at then-current rates unless you cancel beforehand. Postman will notify you at least 14 days before, including how to cancel. Benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, can't be combined with other offers, and end if your account is terminated.
