Overview

The pre-meeting customer briefing agent prepares a personalized briefing for your day’s customer calls so you no longer need to waste time jumping between tools to gather context. By pulling calendar events, support history, and deal information, this agent delivers a complete snapshot directly in Slack so you can walk into every meeting prepared and focused.

Tools used by this agent

  • Google Calendar: Identifies customer meetings for the day

  • Zendesk: Fetches open support tickets and past communications

  • Hubspot: Provides deal status, opportunity size, and customer notes

  • Slack: Delivers the compiled cheat sheet in a daily message

How does this agent work?

  1. Identifies the customer name from the Google Calendar event.

  2. Retrieves open support tickets and communication history from Zendesk.

  3. Retrieves deal and opportunity information from Hubspot.

  4. Packages the insights into a clean, structured summary.
