Postman Notebooks Challenge—Official Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
The Postman Notebooks Challenge ("Contest") is organized by Postman, Inc. ("Postman") to encourage developers to create and share high-quality, public Postman Notebooks that highlight real-world use of APIs. By entering the Contest, participants (“Participants”) agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Contest.

Each Participant may submit multiple Notebooks but may only win one prize.
4. Judging Criteria
Each eligible Notebook will be judged based on the following criteria
Judging will take place between August 26–September 1, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

Winners will be announced September 8, 2025. Awards include:
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt.

Category winners will be notified via email the week of September 8, 2025.
8. Community Voting
Voting will be open to Postman users from September 1 to September 7, 2025. Voters may support their favorite submissions in the Community Favorite category. Any fraudulent voting activity will result in disqualification.
9. Publicity and Use of Submissions
By entering, you agree that Postman may showcase, or otherwise use, your name, company name, submitted Notebook, and any related content (e.g. blog features, social media, presentations) for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes without any compensation or further notice, unless prohibited by law.
10. Participant Obligations and Disqualification
Participants must not engage in fraudulent activity to obtain votes, including but not limited to buying votes or using automated tools.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Contest will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

Information collected during the Contest will be handled in accordance with Postman's Privacy Policy.
14. Changes and Cancellation
Postman reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
