Postman: An Introduction for Developers

Join us for a one-hour, introductory Postman learning session geared specifically for developers. We'll walk you through the basics of using Postman as an API client, getting started with testing, navigating different authorization methods, and much more.
Here's what we'll do in this session:
- Send an API request in Postman
- Inspect and test a response
- Get and set variables
- Save example responses to a collection
- Navigate different types of authorization
- Debug and troubleshoot unexpected API behavior
Prerequisites:
- Create a Postman account, and then sign in.
- Download and install the Postman desktop agent, which will enable you to use the web version of Postman that we use in Postman Intergalactic sessions.
